The iPhone along with the Print app gives you the ability to print virtually anything from your iPhone. Let's walk through some of the features to get you familiar with printing on the iPhone.

The instructions on this page apply to the iPhone 5, 4S, iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 3G and the iPod Touch.

How to Print a Webpage on the iPhone

Navigate to the page that you want to print.
Tap the share button from the bottom toolbar.



You will be presented with multiple options.
Choose the Print button to Print your webpage.



Printer Options will appear on your iPhone.
Choose the number of copies and tap Print.



Your webpage will now print to your selected printer.


How to Print an E-Mail Message on an iPhone

First, Open the message you want to Print.



At the bottom of the screen tap the arrow.
Now tap the Print button from the list that appears.



Choose the number of copies you want to print.
When you are ready to Print tap the Print button.



Your email message will now print to your selected printer.


How do I print a photo with the iPhone?

Tap the Photos.app icon from your iPhone home screen.
Navigate and find the photo you wish to print.



Tap the arrow at the bottom left side of the screen.
Then tap the Print button from the large list that appears.



Choose the number of copies you wish to print.
Tap the Print button once again.



Your photo will now be sent to your printer for Printing.


How do I print an email message attachment on the iPhone?

To print an email attachment open the attachment.
In the top-right corner of the screen tap the button.
Tap Print. Then Tap Print again.

How do I print an MS Word document on the iPhone?
Add the MS Word document to the Print App.

Tap the file name of the MS Word document.
Tap the share button in the top-right corner.
Choose the number of copies and tap Print.
Your MS Word document will now print.

How do I print an MS Excel document on the iPhone?
Add the MS Excel document to the Print App.

Add the PDF document to the Print App.

How do I add a document to Print App?


There are three easy ways to add documents and files to Print:

1. Add e-mail attachments
From Mail.app on your device tap and hold with your finger on the filename of the file that you received in an email. Select Open In Print. A copy of the file will be added to Print.

2. Add files from other Apps
You may have files stored with other Applications on our device and wish to interact with them. To add these files to print select "Open In" or "Share" to access this menu and select Print. Each Application is different so be sure to consult the appropriate documentation for the software.

3. Add files via iTunes File Sharing
If your device is connected to your computer and iTunes is running you are ready to begin. Select your device from the iTunes sidebar. Select Apps. Scroll down to File Sharing and select Print. Drag the files you wish to add to Print from your desktop or another window into the box. You can also click the Browse button to manually navigate your computers file system to select the files you wish to add.
